Personal Healing Retreat

Information

We envision this retreat as a Friday-night-to-Sunday-afternoon individual experience, although we are open to other options. It is our belief that giving yourself several consecutive days to sink deeply into personal transformational work brings profound change and healing.We offer a safe and nurturing space for that sacred work to happen and help you to integrate the process.

Four professional healing sessions (each 1-2 hours in length)

One guided chanting/prayer/meditation session
Lunch on Sunday
One hour closing discussion session with both practitioners

Transportation to/from Fredericksburg, VA
